The DAV 3 Philippines has an commitment to assist any and all military veterans and their family members when ever the call for assistance is made to us.

Through the many years of volunteer service to this commit, many veterans have unselfishly worked a few hours a day helping fellow comrades acquiring education, health care, disability claims and more.

Limited administrative support had been and is still available.

With over 200 members within this chapter, the DAV 3 Philippines Leadership is calling upon all fellow veterans to do there part and help out in any way that you can such as:

* Donate time as National Service Officers (NSO) and help veterans get what they deserve.
* Donate monetary attributes to a worthy cause highlighted by the DAV associated to veterans, and their family members among others.
* Donate any access equipment such as computers, office supplies etc., that can enhance the DAV 3 support structure in helping veterans.
